We are in need of your help
in any area of community services you may be interested in.
Crossroads Community Services is an outreach ministry of Crossroads World Christian Center Church, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization. Your donations are tax deductible. Please contact us if you have ideas you don't see
here, or if you'd like more information on volunteering, or to arrange a drop off or pick up of physical items such as food, new and/or gently used clothing or household items. See below for more details. If you wish to make a cash donation, please see that section below
for instructions on how to do so. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your interest! Donations of Non-Perishable Food Items and New or Gently Used Household Items and Adult and Children's Clothing Needed
The Crossroads Community Harvest Food Pantry
is always in need of non-perishable food items. Generally, these are items that can be stored on a kitchen cupboard shelf. You can also contribute to the food pantry by making an Angel Food order and not picking it up. All orders not picked up will be donated to the food pantry. We'd like to thank Wal-Mart DC 2064 for their generous recent
donation to our food pantry, as well as all the individuals who have given their time, efforts and food donations this year. Because of your combined corporate and individual generosity, in July 2010
we were able to donate enough food to feed approximately 3,000 families. The Crossroads Community Clothe Me Ministry will always accept your donations of new or gently used clothing for adults or children. We are in need of adult
clothing as well as appropriate school clothes for children and teens, coats, jackets, blankets and other winter attire and items that are seasonally appropriate throughout the year.
We also provide donations of other new or gently used household goods to needy central Ohio families when we have them available. Please contact us for more details or to set up a time to drop off your donations of items or to have
them picked up (pick up is available only in the Columbus area). Thank you for helping!Opportunities For Individuals Families and Groups
Volunteering as a family provides a unique opportunity to build stronger relationships with your children, spouse, siblings, parents, or extended family that will create wonderful memories and
bonding together, and can easily teach children of all ages the value of community service and the joy of commitment to their community. The same is true of any group you may want to volunteer with - whether volunteering as a company, with co-workers, with friends, with your youth or adult
religious or community group, or just about any other group you could think of - it will bring you closer and feel meaningful - because it is meaningful. It matters a lot to those in need.
Some of us would rather our volunteering experience be an individual, spiritual journey to fullfillment of our universal "do unto others" obligation to humanity. We
need YOU, and many more people like you! Please contact us
with ideas or to find out how you can help. Monetary Donations Needed
Your donation could help shelter homeless families, pay a utility bill, feed hungry people, or provide other essential services to those in need in our community. Your donation will help families in need,
and will be distributed in these ways on an as needed and as available basis. In other words, if the funds aren't there, we aren't able to help. When available, funds will be applied where a family's need
is most critical. Please consider making a monetary donation today by mailing a check to us, or by using your credit card through the secure button below. Thank you!
